SUPPLY TOKYO runs a store in the quiet back street of Shibuya.Located away from the busy fashion and culture from Tokyo.We carry products of selected local brands, and also independent brand and labels from overseas.
Purchase Procedure
STEP 1: Add to shopping cart
ADD TO CART
Click the [ADD TO CART] button on the page of the product you like to add it to your cart.
Depending on the product, you may have the option to select the size, color, etc.
If this is available, select your preference and click the [ADD TO CART] button.
STEP 2: Order the items in your shopping cart
Proceed to checkout
Once you have placed the item in your cart, press the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
STEP 3: Enter your customer information
Please enter your member ID and password.
If you have not yet registered as a member, please do so.

Non-members can also purchase by clicking the [Purchase as a non-member] button.
STEP 4: Confirm your order details
This is the final confirmation screen. Please confirm your order details and press the [Confirm Order] button.
STEP 5: Order completed
Your order has been completed. We will send an "Order Confirmation Email" to your registered email address.

About product size
T-shirts, shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, and other tops
*All measurements are taken flat.
- Length: Measured from the base of the collar to the hem on the back.
- Chest width: Measured from the base of one armpit to the base of the other armpit.
- Sleeve length: Measured from the base of the shoulder to the end of the sleeve.
- Sleeve length: Measured from the base of the neck to the end of the sleeve.

Regarding bottoms such as pants and shorts
*All measurements are taken flat.
- Waist: Measure around the waist with the front buttons fastened.
- Inseam: Measured from the crotch along the seam to the hem.

Delivery and shipping fees
The delivery company will be Yamato Transport.
For cash transfers, we will check stock availability after receiving your order and ship the same day or the next day after payment confirmation. If you use Yamato Transport Takkyubin Collect, we will check stock availability and ship the same day if your order is placed up until 3:00 PM (12:00 PM on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). If we are unable to ship your order for any reason, we will contact you by email.

Nationwide shipping fee: 800 yen (excluding Okinawa and overseas)
*Shipping to Okinawa is 1,880 yen. For other remote islands, shipping fees will be charged separately, so please contact us for details.

Cancellations and Returns
Cancellation Policy
We cannot accept cancellations after an order has been placed.
Please be sure to check the size, color, price, quantity, etc. before completing your order.
Returns and exchanges of products will not be accepted except in the case of initial defects.
When you receive your product, please immediately check that it is not different from your order and that it is not damaged. If the delivered product is different from the one you ordered or if you find any damage (defective product) due to an accident, please contact us within 3 days.
If there are any tags attached to the item, we will not accept it if you remove them.
*We will not accept returns if the product is damaged or soiled due to customer reasons.
Return shipping fees
If the product is different from the one you ordered, if the product is defective, or if it is damaged during delivery, we will cover the cost.
