"Snake America" is a personal label run by Brooklyn-based editor Sami Reiss.
It's our favorite independent label.
Snake America is a very personal label that distributes rare and unusual items (such as vintage clothing and furniture that Sami has unearthed by researching auction sites like eBay).

This book is a compilation of Sami's writings from 2014 to 2018. Much of the book is reference material, providing descriptions, stories, and provenance of the wide variety of sportswear and American men's vintage clothing produced from the 1930s to the 1980s. This information is based on Sami's own extensive collection of reference materials and vintage samples, interviews with vintage sellers and collectors, and primarily research.

The book design was done by R&M Corp, a familiar name in our store.
